      lonlatL: limits of longitudes and latitudes [lonmin, latmin, lonmax, latmax] or None
      title: title of the graph ('!' for spaces)
      graphic_kind: kind of figure (jpg, pdf, png)
    mapvalues: map characteristics [proj],[res]
